Dormont Manufacturing sold to Massachusetts firm Pittsburgh Business Times - Watts Water Technologies Inc. is acquiring Dormont Manufacturing Co. for $95 million. Dormont was founded in 1946 and is based in Export, Pa., near Pittsburgh.
